2025 HIGHLIGHTS —
African Reef
IN DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION
African Reef has been one of our most anticipated projects of 2025, now approaching its final stages ahead of opening as a family-friendly restaurant and resort for Geraldton and the wider Midwest. From furniture delivery milestones to the careful coordination of fit-out and design details, this year has been about bringing a shared vision for boutique regional hospitality to life.
Minted not only works with boutique lifestyle brands to create immersive regional destinations, we also help each of these clients reach their full potential as an iconic, high-value brand.
Our Brand Architecture service supporting clients to activate their Minted fit-outs with powerful, authentic brand identities, driving genuine community and visitor connection and profit conversion. Something to celebrate for locals, tourists and our regional economies.
Minted stakeholder, media, and advocate relationships, key events, and final quality assurance covers interior design and all visual branding and communications before, during launch and ongoing offering ultimate support for project success.
Fairfax Homestead
LAUNCH + CELEBRATION
2025 marked the celebrated of Fairfax House, a regional dream first imagined in 2021. Walking alongside Wendy and Pete from vision to reality has been a joy, and the home now beautifully embodies elevated living - designed to be felt, celebrated, and treasured. Just like our incredible relationship with Wendy, Pete and their family.
From the final style and shoot days to the shared excitement of completion, this project will forever hold a place in our memory vault. A huge thank you to the Norris family, Campbell Homes, Kerry Micke Designs and our incredible Minted team for bringing this vision to life with dedication, creativity, and joy.
Launch of Betty’s Beach House

We celebrated our Great Southern clients with a Minted experience event ‘Betty’s In Bloom’ - launching a very special Minted short-stay project - Betty’s Beach House, in Manypeaks.
Betty’s In Bloom, was a celebration of bloom and growth, of the Great Southern elevated living legends we’re so grateful to have in our circle. Framed by a phenomenal setting, shared with remarkable company, celebrating the achievement of our beautiful clients and fed by Pepper and Salt. It was a true reflection of what we believe: the most important things and communities in life are curated by design, not by default. To our Minted clients and friends - thank you for your trust, your support, and for taking a seat at our lifetime table.

SALT COVE
IN DESIGN + CONSTRUCTION
Perched high on a dramatic cliffside overlooking the Indian Ocean, Salt Cove is a truly special place. What began as Brodie Baum and her family’s vision—shaped by panoramic views and a deep connection to the land—has become a sought-after Western Australian wedding destination, drawing guests from across the country.
This year we stepped into a new chapter of design and construction, thoughtfully elevating the experience—honouring the raw beauty of the landscape while introducing refined, intentional spaces that will define Salt Cove’s next era of elevated living. The Salt Cove Shack is currently in construction with studios in design specification stages, coming soon.
MINTED GREAT SOUTHERN TOUR
5987kms travelled on our Minted Esperance + Great Southern tour, with thirteen property visits across the Esperance, Wheatbelt and Great Southern regions. Many old haunts revisited with friends from across the state, epic landscapes experienced, and renovation, build and fit-out problems solved along the way.
Midwest Variety, Community Celebrations & Regional Women’s Award
REGIONAL INITIATIVE, FUNDRAISING + EVENT SUPPORT
Midwest Variety raising funds for unwell regional kids, Narembeen’s celebration of 100 year-old much loved local resident Iris Bristow and support of the 2025 WA Regional Women’s award were just some of the Minted 2025 community highlights. We are proud to be regional and to show our appreciation of and contribution to, much loved regional people, regional communities and initiatives improving the lives of regional people.

2026 Sneak Peek - Santorini House
LANDSCAPE PROJECT FLOURISHING IN BLUFF POINT, WA
Our beloved Minted Santorini House - a Landscape project in collaboration with clients and McCaullay Builders has been coming to life with the design, construction and structural completion in early 2025. This year we have been regularly visiting our Santorini clients to consult on planting and final pieces - ensuring this incredible landscape reaches its full potential, while also working on additional separate projects with the home owners.
With the nurturing and love of our Santorini clients, the plants have been flourishing during 2025, making the design truly breathtaking. We are excited to share this project story and images in full with you all in 2026, coming soon.
