These curated journeys are designed to pair bespoke boutique stays with elite design and fashion landmarks, allowing a small group of Minted community members and clients experience unforgettable design and personally select one-of-a-kind pieces to be secured within our global import shipments.

Tess Beagley founded Minted Elevated Living on a powerful conviction: that a home should be the truest expression of a person's life and legacy. Backed by formal Interior Design qualifications and a decade mastering high-stakes brand strategy and asset communication in London and Perth, Tess lends a unique strategic rigour to every commission.

Tess views extraordinary regional design as an act of translation. Her core role is to serve as your Lead Project Steward and Independent Advocate, undertaking a process of deep discovery to uncover your regional story and ambitious vision. She translates that personal narrative into a precise physical environment, ensuring intentional, faultless execution through every stage of construction.

She is the heart of our upcoming International Experience Tours, providing warmth and hospitality as she guides our clients through curated global design itineraries.

Kiah is the guardian of the Minted Elevated Living visual identity. With her wealth of design experience and qualifications she translates our Minted philosophy into invaluable interior, landscape and visual experiences for our remote-working clients, creating compelling narratives across all projects and collateral that make a house a signature home.

Project Coordinator & Procurement Support
Holly provides the essential operational structure that enables our creative team to thrive. Her proactive support and meticulous attention to detail are fundamental to the professional studio standards we embody.
Holly is also our client’s dedicated advocate and the guardian of execution certainty. She brings a discerning eye to the complexities of global procurement, managing the critical financial and logistical details so our clients can remain focused on the vision.

Martika is our dedicated visual historian, tasked with capturing the soul of a finished project. Her role is the final step in immortalising the ‘enduring legacy’ we create, ensuring the home’s value and story are captured for posterity.
