For more than a decade, Tess and her studio, Minted Elevated Living, have operated at the intersection of heritage and modernism—translating ambitious personal narratives into high-equity physical interior and landscape realities. Serving as lead project steward and independent advocate, she de-risks complex builds for Minted clients with a disciplined framework and well-established sourcing and remote procurement networks, protecting design equity from concept to the built reality.
Curiosity drives the practice forward, embracing advanced technology, AI, generative spatial workflows and new materials to expand the imagination. Resulting in richly unique Minted design detail, transformed in a physical space. From our coastal head quarter design studio in Geraldton - where broad-acre farming meets one of the world’s most sustainable rock lobster fisheries - we operate at the master intersection of landscape and built space. With the ancient, sun-drenched Ningaloo and Pilbara expanses to the North; and the golden Wheatbelt and pristine granite coastlines to the South, we traverse even the most remote locations.
