TESS BEAGLEY
Founder & Director
Tess Beagley founded Minted Elevated Living on a powerful conviction: that a home should be the most authentic and compelling expression of a person's life and legacy. She built Minted on the mission to fundamentally improve the lifestyles of regional people by delivering environments that are not only magnificent but are perfectly equipped for life outside the city.
This conviction is deeply personal. Having grown up on farms and lived extensively across Esperance, the Wheatbelt (Southern and Central), and the Midwest, Tess possesses an intuitive and intimate understanding of diverse regional life and the operational context of remote projects. This deep regional connection, combined with her unique career path—a decade mastering high-stakes brand strategy and asset communication in the demanding markets of London and Perth—lends Minted its strategic rigour. Now backed by formal Interior Design qualifications, she ensures your home is both an authentic reflection of self and a high-value, published-ready asset.
Tess views extraordinary regional design as an act of translation. Her core role is to serve as a strategic partner and independent advocate, undertaking a process of deep discovery to uncover your unique regional story and ambitious vision. She translates that personal narrative into a precise, physical environment, ensuring intentional, faultless execution through every stage of construction. The result is not just a beautiful space, but a fully de-risked journey culminating in a home that is the true, enduring signature of its owner.
Today, Tess leads a national studio from her West Australian regional base (founded 2014). Her unwavering principle is to create enduring legacies and lifetime client relationships that thrive on trust and sustained quality. This focus has built a significant portfolio of published, high-value work and a community of clients with whom the studio shares a deep connection.
INDI SMITH
Client Services & Procurement Lead
Indi is the client's dedicated advocate and the guardian of execution certainty. With a background in Visual Arts and extensive experience in operations roles, she brings a discerning eye to the complexities of procurement, navigating the global market to secure the exact high-value pieces for each project.
Indi’s Customer Service solution-focussed approach ensures a seamless and transparent journey, managing the critical financial and logistical details so our clients can focus on the vision, confident that the execution is in the most capable hands.
KIAH PHILLIPS
Brand & Design Lead
Kiah is the guardian of the Minted Elevated Living visual brand identity—a core focus of her role is crafting the interactive digital experiences that power our award-winning remote service model. She ensures a seamless and intuitive planning journey for our clients, wherever they are in Australia.
With a Bachelor of Graphic Design with core focus on Visual Communication Design, Kiah translates our Minted philosophy into a invaluable visual experiences for our remote working clients, creates compelling narrative across all collateral. She also contributes this strategic design thinking to our client projects, helping to craft authentic design integrations that make a house a signature home.

Studio Coordinator
Holly is the operational support of our studio. She provides the essential structure that enables our creative team to thrive, supporting studio logistics, coordinating schedules, and facilitating clear communication. Holly's proactive support and meticulous attention to detail are fundamental to the professional standards we embody.
MARTIKA ELWARD
Architectural Photographer
Martika is our dedicated visual historian, tasked with capturing the soul of a finished project. As a specialist in architectural and interior photography, her role goes beyond documentation; she is a storyteller who translates the three-dimensional experience of a space—its light, texture, and feeling—into a lasting image.
Martika’s work is the final step in immortalising the 'enduring legacy' we create for our clients, guaranteeing that the home's value and story are captured for posterity.
