TESS BEAGLEY | FOUNDER & DIRECTOR
Tess - Minted Elevated Living Founder and Director is a passionate regional lifestyles advocate.
Studying Public Relations and Journalism at Murdoch University before spending a decade working in Public Relations in London and Perth, then qualifying in design in 2012 and founding Minted Elevated Living 2014.
Now Tess helps regional women achieve ultimate lifestyle outcomes across Australia, with quality build, renovation, landscape and interior design services.
Tess is an advocate of improving regional lifestyle outcomes, championing it as integral issue impacting the economic success of individual regions and the Australian agricultural industry.
Minted Elevated Living values rural areas as beautiful and vibrant places to live and works on many community initiatives to raise the awareness of regional living challenges. Privileged to work with and profile, confident women and communities from many areas of regional Australia, who have faith in the future strength of their region.
Working with Wheatbelt, Midwest, Gascoyne, Goldfields and Southwest rural women and their families to improve and strengthen our Australian regional lifestyles. Providing world class design, construction connections, high quality materials and 1:1 advisory for regional projects. All made possible with the Minted Elevated Living, highly personal yet remote working model - designed specifically to cater to regional people.
Our studio team are born and bred regional people who know how to design for regional locations, making the most of your specific site location with beautiful and functional design, as well as environment relevant materials and planting.
The Minted Elevated Living studio is based in Geraldton, WA, serving people around Australia throughout design and construction stages, with a proven and awarded remote service model, designed specifically to cater to regional people.
The Minted team regularly travel to Perth, the Wheatbelt, Southwest, Goldfields, Great Southern, as well as to other states.

INDI SMITH | DESIGN ACCOUNT MANAGER
Indi is a design powerhouse, with a Visual Arts background, she brings savvy eye to our projects. She is exceptionally skilled at working with clients to capture the essence of a project brief, breathing life into it with her innate sense of style direction and eye for detail.
Indi has been artistic from a young age. She completed ATAR Art before completing a diploma in Visual Arts. She has a passion for anything creative and revels in design and style. She creates wall hangings from natural materials from our local coastal environments in her spare time.

KAYLEY SORENSEN | CONTENT + DESIGN COORDINATOR
Kayley is an incredible people person with exceptional customer service and relationship skills. She has a commercial background and applies this experience with diligence, to execute thorough and professional design documentation for our projects, problem solving client design dilemmas along the way.
She knows just how to design prioritising functionality and style, in regional locations. She is a born and bred Coorow girl and has spent most of her life in Midwest WA. She has an affinity with regional living, understands regional lifestyle goals and is exceptionally skilled at integrating practical design solutions, into beautiful, location relevant styles.
