  • This is an intensive working session with Minted Founder, Tess Beagley, that provides immense stand-alone value.

    Following your session, you will receive your Elevated Living Ignition Brief, which includes:

    ·  A Curated Project Vision: A professionally defined summary of your aesthetic and functional goals.

    ·  Initial Colour & Material Direction: Expert guidance on the foundational palettes and textures for your project.

    ·  Conceptual Layout Sketch & Notes: A plan to solve your spatial challenges and unlock your property's potential.

    ·  A Clear Path Forward: A proposed project plan with actionable next steps, clarifying your options and giving you the confidence to execute.



  • Our process is designed to be streamlined and personal.

    1. Apply for a Consultation: complete a short form to tell us about your project. This allows us to ensure we are the right fit before moving forward.

    2. The 1:1 Consultation: A 60-minute deep dive with Tess, held via Zoom or in person, to capture your vision and provide real-time solutions.





    3. Your Tailored Proposal: following the consultation, should we determine that your project is a fit for our studio, you will be invited to accept a tailored proposal for a full-service engagement, securing a limited-release placement in the 2026 Minted Design Calendar.
