We compile your locked-in choices into the final revision of your North Star brief and issue the certified blueprint to your appointed Compliance Surveyor (CDC sign-off), Quantity Surveyor (BoQ elemental costing), and Structural Engineer.

Your consortium specialists review statutory R-Code compliance, engineer lightweight footings, and model real Perth trade rates against your budget targets.
