MINTED ELEVATED LIVING GIFT VOUCHER TERMS + CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase, use, and redemption of Gift Vouchers issued by Minted Elevated Living / 34 660 761 053 (referred to as "the Company"). By purchasing, accepting, or using a Gift Voucher, you agree to be bound by these terms.

I. Mandatory ACL Requirements

1. Validity and Expiry Date

  • All Gift Vouchers are valid for a minimum period of three (3) years from the date of issue (purchase date).

  • The date of issue and/or the full expiry date (DD/MM/YYYY) is clearly displayed on the physical or electronic voucher.

  • Once the voucher has expired, any remaining balance will be forfeited and cannot be refunded or credited.

2. Permitted Fees

  • No activation, service, or administrative fees will be charged on the Gift Voucher after the date of purchase that would reduce its value.

  • Any fees charged (e.g., booking fees, payment surcharges) are standard fees that apply equally to all customers (including non-voucher customers).

II. Redemption and Use

3. Redemption Scope and Minimum Spend

  • Gift Vouchers are only redeemable for goods or services supplied by Minted Elevated Living at the location(s) specified on the voucher.

  • Mandatory Minimum Spend: All Gift Vouchers must be redeemed against a purchase that meets or exceeds the value of our entry service, the 'Blueprint Session', or any service/product of equivalent or greater value.

    • Clarification: If the Gift Voucher value is less than the cost of the 'Blueprint Session', the holder must pay the remaining balance to complete the transaction.

  • Gift Vouchers cannot be used to purchase additional or replacement Gift Vouchers.

4. Booking and Session Date Alignment (New Clause)

  • Redemption for service sessions (including the 'Blueprint Session') is strictly subject to the availability of session dates in the Company's calendar at the time of booking.

  • The voucher does not guarantee a specific session date or time. The voucher holder must contact the Company to schedule their session within the validity period.

  • Standard cancellation and rescheduling policies for the booked service will apply to all voucher redemptions.

5. Monetary Value

  • Gift Vouchers cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash under any circumstances.

  • The voucher value can be used across multiple transactions until the balance reaches zero or the voucher expires.

  • If a purchase exceeds the Gift Voucher's value, the remaining balance must be paid by other acceptable payment methods.

  • No cash change will be given. Any unspent balance will remain on the voucher for future use.

III. Risk and Liability Mitigation

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Vouchers

  • The Gift Voucher is treated as cash. The holder is responsible for the safekeeping of the voucher.

  • The Company is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or unauthorised use of a Gift Voucher.

  • Replacement of a lost or damaged voucher is solely at the Company's discretion, and will only be considered if the original purchase receipt and the unique voucher number can be successfully verified.

7. Transferability and Ownership

  • Gift Vouchers are fully transferable. Any person who presents the voucher for redemption is presumed by the Company to be the rightful owner.

  • The Company accepts no liability for any unauthorized redemption of a Gift Voucher.

8. Limitation of Liability (Insolvency)

  • In the unlikely event that Minted Elevated Living ceases trading or enters into administration/liquidation, the purchaser/holder of the Gift Voucher acknowledges that their rights to redemption may be limited, and they may become an unsecured creditor. The purchase of a Gift Voucher does not constitute a guarantee of supply.

IV. Governing Law and Disputes

9. Governing Law

  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Western Australia and the Commonwealth of Australia (including the ACL).

10. Amendments

  • The Company reserves the right to amend these Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions from time to time, provided that any amendments do not conflict with mandatory Australian Consumer Law requirements, including the minimum 3-year expiry period.
