This bold industrial style home in Geraldton WA was built by James Groom Building in 2021 and boasts some insanely beautiful design features. Our clients invited Tess through to consult on finishes, wet area design, furniture and styling.

Eastcott House - Landscaping
After completing an interior renovation with Minted in 2019 the owners of this beach front property then commissioned Tess to design their landscape with spaces to entertain, relax and house overnight guests. Minted worked with James Groom Building to transform their house exterior and landscape from a 1980’s drab and dated dusty yard to a chic beach resort property, including landscaping, pool, pool cabana and Pool House.
