Pathway II: Dedicated Furnishing Curation & Spatial Layout Service ($650)
If you’d prefer expert guidance to ensure scale, texture, and aesthetic balance across your new home, our studio offers a complete Curation Service. This includes:
A 1-on-1, 30-minute lifestyle & spatial consult with Minted founder Tess Beagley.
A curated digital Furnishing Lookbook tailored to your home’s architectural aesthetic.
Scaled spatial layout planning to guarantee perfect proportions in your new spaces.
The Curation Credit: 100% of your $650 curation investment is credited directly toward your Uniqwa order upon reaching a minimum package order threshold of $5,000. (For orders under $5,000, the fee covers the dedicated professional design and spatial layout planning provided).
Please note: Because many of our pieces are hand-crafted in limited seasonal runs, stock for end-of-year builds are allocated quickly. Once we understand your preferred selection, we can immediately reserve available stock and container space to suit your build timeline (please provide as much notice as possible even you are not yet ready to receive stock, to avoid lead time allocation disappointment).
