As a key partner, Tess is available to perform periodic site reviews during the construction of your project to collaborate with your build team. We are not project managers; we are the guardians of the design.
Digital and in-person site consults allow us to support your build team and to protect the design integrity of your project and your investment, flagging issues early and ensuring the vision is executed as intended.
Your consulting hours can be allocated across separate dates to suit your build progress and key construction milestones. Your block hours can be used for:
Consulting time in person on-site (travel time to a from site will also be billed if)
Consulting time via facetime on-site
Consulting time via phone with Tess
Consulting time via zoom or in person for construction team meetings with Tess and your build team.
Design/re-sourcing time required to resolve in-construction design problems as they arise.
All consulting time is subject to Minted Elevated Living Terms & Conditions and must be used within a 12 month period from date of purchase. Consulting Block credits cannot be allocated to new projects or Space Packages.
