Highlight House — Esperance, WA
Set against the breathtaking coastline of Castletown Quays, Highlight House is a celebration of considered design, lifestyle-driven choices and the natural beauty of Esperance. With sweeping ocean views framed by iconic Norfolk pines, this Esperance home was envisioned as a place where everyday life feels considered, effortless and deeply connected to its surroundings.
From the outset, our role was to support our client’s lifestyle goals and bring cohesion to a beautifully resolved architectural foundation by CBD Architects. We worked closely with our client to shape the interior experience of the home, ensuring it feels intuitive, welcoming and enduring for family life, quiet moments and entertaining alike.
Our scope for Highlight House spans the full interior journey — from the main living spaces through to the kitchen, scullery and beyond — carefully curating a home that flows naturally from room to room. Every decision was made with longevity, comfort and liveability in mind, creating spaces that feel calm, purposeful and generous without being overstated.
This project reflects our holistic approach to interior design: managing the details, coordinating finishes, furniture, lighting and joinery, and ensuring everything works seamlessly together to support how our clients want to live now and into the future. It’s about creating homes that feel resolved, personal and quietly special.
We’re excited to continue sharing more of Highlight House as the project unfolds, including the remaining interior spaces and the transition to the outdoor and landscape design. This Esperance home is shaping up to be something truly special, and we’re grateful to be part of its journey.
