PRIORITY PORTAL
You now have access to your own private 'Request Form’ and private session calendar - below. Use this for all out-of-scope advisory, design changes, or site-delay mitigation requests.
IMMEDIATE ALLOCATION
Once you have submitted your form or session request our design team has been notified of your project's priority status. Any requests submitted via the portal bypass our standard queue for immediate review.
MONTHLY REPORTING
At the end of each month, you'll receive a 'Project Value Summary' detailing the risks mitigated and design hours utilised.

When submitting a request, you will be asked to categorize the Impact Level. This allows us to triaging our resources based on your project's immediate needs:
Critical: Immediate risk of site stoppage or builder penalties.
High: Potential conflict with third-party schedules or lead times.
Strategic: Design refinement to prevent future rework.
Our Commitment: We aim to acknowledge and initiate action on all Priority Portal requests within [24-48] business hours.
Preparation: To get the most value, we recommend attaching any relevant documents to your booking so your designer can review them in advance.
Overflow: If your project demands more than your allocated two hours, you maintain your priority status at our exclusive member rate of $220/hr + GST.
At the end of each month, you will receive a Project Value Summary.
This report isn't just a log of hours; it is a record of the risks mitigated and the momentum maintained.
To ensure our team is always ready to react to your project's milestones, retainer hours are allocated monthly and do not accrue. We encourage you to use your sessions proactively for "project audits" if no immediate issues arise.
The Priority Benefits:
Bypass the Queue: As a large-scale renovation or New Build client, you hold permanent "Priority Status." You jump the Minted booking lead times, ensuring on-demand design and advisory when your project demands it most.
Risk Mitigation: Fast, informed decisions prevent expensive third-party fees and construction delays. We provide the expert insights and tools you need to stay ahead of the build.
Direct Access: Each month, you have two hours of dedicated Minted EL advisory or out-of-scope design support. Use this for technical reviews, site pivots, or rapid design refinements.
Retainer Details:
Investment: $440 + GST per month (Direct Debit).
Flexibility: Use your monthly hours for consulting, technical design specification advisory, or design drafting.
Priority Overflow: Should your project require more than two hours in a single month (in addition to the consulting hours quoted within your Project Proposal), you maintain your priority status at our exclusive member rate of $240/hr + GST.
